As America devolves into a third world nation, many people wonder how this could be happening. It is certainly not by accident and has been planned and executed by the invisible hand that pulls the strings of the puppets we know as bankers, lawyers, politicians, business leaders and other “defenders” of democracy.  In reality, these quasi-humans are sociopathic sycophants that masquerade as altruistic, benevolent humanitarians and of course, their agenda is their own self-serving accumulation of wealth and the control all things.

With domination as the goal, they use their battle plan of Social Engineering by means of the Hegelian Dialectic of problem, reaction, solution, which together with divide and conquer strategies, guarantees control over the unwitting masses.  Implemented by draconian laws that are fed to unsuspecting people via propagandist media, the money changers have eroded our manufacturing base, that is one of the foundations of a prosperous economy along with sound money backed by precious metals, which also has been deliberately gutted. With unemployment at depression levels, the housing market’s severe decline, debt that is both public and private at all time highs, rapidly increasing inflation and rising taxes, as well as a crumbling infrastructure, it appears as if this country will be laid to rest, like a modern day Rome.

Most people see no solutions to our challenges, and our “leaders,” who created the problems in the first place, espouse that they have the solutions. Einstein is alleged to have said “the problems of today cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them,” or more succinctly; issues can never be solved at the level at which they were created in the first place because, their solutions only add to the deterioration of our country and the continued suffering of the people.

Much research has lead me to a vision that America will rise again after its inevitable fall, even as the economic and monetary system implode under the untenable debt and outmoded
banking/economic/political/monetary/energy systems that have been created. Continue Reading

Since the early 2000s US-based “left-progressive” media that purport to be independent have received tens of millions in grants and contributions while they have ignored some of the most important news stories of our time. History suggests a relationship between elite philanthropic sponsorship of such outlets and self-censorship toward pressing events and issues while concurrently maintaining a public semblance of issue-oriented rebellion and dissent.

Why do the self-proclaimed left-progressive “independent” media repeatedly overlook, obfuscate or otherwise leave unexamined some of the most momentous geopolitical and environmental events of our time—September 11th and related false flag terror events, the United Nations’ “Agenda 21,” the genuinely grave environmental threats posed by the Fukushima nuclear catastrophe, geoengineering (weather modification), and the dire health effects of genetically modified organisms?[1] In fact, these phenomena together point to a verifiable transnational political economic framework against which a mass social movement could readily emerge.

Yet over the past decade the actual function of such journalistic outlets has increasingly been to “manufacture dissent”–in other words, to act as the controlled opposition to the financial oligarchs and an encroaching scientific dictatorship that to an already significant degree controls the planet and oversees human thought and activity. Indeed, many alternative media outlets that appear to be independent of the power structure are funded by the very forces they are reporting on through their heavy reliance on the largesse of major philanthropic foundations. The United States has now officially outlawed the U.S. Constitution and accepted the idea that all our citizens are potentially ‘ENEMIES of the STATE.’ Now each one of us must each prove that we are innocent, every single time that we make a comment or quite literally attempt to “DO ANYTHING-anything at all from thinking any thought to the failure to instantly OBEY anyone in authority: And given the level of sheer stupidity throughout government and the corporations; the things that are now being routinely demanded of us are generally completely idiotic! However ‘FAILURE TO INSTANTLY COMPLY can now easily result in major physical damage or death to the person in question.

We can now be beaten, tasered, pepper-sprayed, shot or killed without any consequences for the officers who commit these crimes against the public each and every day-and this is not just during demonstrations. This is anytime, anywhere and can happen to anyone who is confronted by a uniformed-enforcer of the POLICE-STATE.

We are no longer allowed to ask any questions about anything that either the government or any corporation ever does or might be contemplating. And now there is a new technology that will become part of every routine screening process, which will soon be on the road in rolling-facilities (VIPER). This Israeli developed piece of junk will cost a fortune but supposedly will be able to measure our thought processes as well as searching our bodies for weapons. Anyone who might be “planning to do a criminal-act” (or who is maybe just ANGRY) can now be arrested for ‘a crime that they have not yet committed. This is called a pre-crime or what regular people might call a THOUGHT-CRIME. Yet seemingly no one in Amerika is even remotely upset-no one that is, who still refuses to see what is going on everywhere now?  Continue Reading

from the secret-laws-and-secret-interpretations dept

We’ve been covering for a while now how Senators Ron Wyden and Mark Udall have been very concerned over the secret interpretation the feds have of one piece of the PATRIOT Act. They’ve been trying to pressure the government into publicly explaining how they interpret the law, because they believe that it directly contrasts how most of the public (and many elected officials) believe the feds are interpreting the law. While the two Senators continue to put pressure on the feds and to hint at the feds’ interpretation, just the fact that the government won’t even explain its own interpretation of the law seems ridiculous.

Given all of this, reporter Charlie Savage of the NY Times filed a Freedom of Information Act request to find out the federal government’s interpretation of its own law… and had it refused. According to the federal government, its own interpretation of the law is classified. What sort of democracy are we living in when the government can refuse to even say how it’s interpreting its own law? That’s not democracy at all.

Julian Sanchez points us to the news that Savage and the NY Times have now sued the federal government for not revealing its interpretation of the PATRIOT Act, pointing out that if parts of the interpretation contain classified material, the Justice Department should black that out and reveal the rest, but simply refusing to reveal the interpretation entirely is a violation of the Freedom of Information Act. You can bet that the feds will do everything they can to get out of this lawsuit, just as they did with the various lawsuits concerning warrantless wiretapping. Here’s hoping the court systems don’t let them. No matter what you think of this administration (or the last one) and how it’s handling the threat of terrorism, I’m curious how anyone can make the argument that the US government should not reveal how it interprets the very laws under which it’s required to operate.

For centuries, Americans have prided themselves on being a secular nation, with a government divorced from the domination of any religious group. In reality, America has always been an expression of the occult beliefs of the Illuminati mystery schools.

In America’s Secret Destiny (1944), Manly Hall (below, left) revealed that America’s planners and founders were occult initiates working towards building a satanic New World Order.

Manly Palmer Hall (1901-1990) was a Canadian-born scholar in the fields of religion, mythology, mysticism, and the occult. His works uncovered the secret beliefs of elites throughout history, most famously in his seminal ‘The Secret Teachings of All Ages’ (1928).

manlyhall.jpgThe American war of independence was a theatrical sham. The Illuminati had a centuries-old plan to create an independent US to advance their agenda.

‘Through carefully appointed representatives, the machinery of democracy was set up at least a hundred years before the period of the Revolutionary War.’ Continue Reading

If there is one thing that the office of President Barack Obama demonstrates it is that democracy does not exist in the United States. This may seem a rather outlandish statement. For many people, the fact that the 44th president is the first black man to preside over the White House – with its American colonial-style architecture – is a tribute to the triumph of US democracy.

But many other more telling facts indicate that Obama is but a figurehead of an unelected government in the US. This unelected power of corporate elites – commercial, financial, military – governs with the same core policies regardless of who is sitting in the White House. Whether these policies are on social, economic or foreign matters, the elected president must obey the direction ordained by the unelected elite. That kind of untrammeled power structure conforms more closely in practice to dictatorship, not democracy.

As Michael Hudson and Ellen Brown reveal in their analyses of the US budget debacle, Obama is pathetically doing the bidding of Wall Street – much like an errand boy [1] [2].

Brown writes: “The debt crisis was created, not by a social safety net bought and paid for by the taxpayers, but by a banking system taken over by Wall Street gamblers. The gamblers lost their bets and were bailed out at the expense of the taxpayers; and if anyone should be held to account, it is these gamblers.  Continue Reading

Given the stark desperation stalking so many communities around an America oozing from miseries embedded in the stagnant economy, it’s almost an inane exercise to contemplate the state-of-democracy in this nation on July 4th -– Independence Day.

All of the flag waving, fireworks and fun of this national holiday can’t mask the disturbing fact that democracy in America is under unprecedented onslaught from forces intent on engaging in economic exploitation comparable to the colonial crown domination that compelled Americans to rebel against England over two hundred years ago.

Examples of this onslaught abound with one of the most pronounced being federal and state level elected officials – overwhelming Republican – bludgeoning and eliminating benefits that have aided the middle class and the poor, in the name of budget balancing austerity, while simultaneously battling to protect the profits and assets of the wealthy.  Martial Law provision goes to Senate

A noted human rights group spokesperson has stated that the mandatory military detention provision that the Senate Armed Services Committee secretly discussed and passed this week, is what martial-law states, not democracies do.

The Senate Armed Services Committee’s vote this week redefined rules for detaining terrorism suspects, including giving power to military judges to review cases of prisoners in Afghanistan and mandating military detention for important Al Qaeda suspects even captured on United States soil according to The New York Times.

The Terrorism and Counterterrorism Program senior counsel for Human Rights Watch, Andrea Prasow said “mandatory military detention is what martial-law states do, not democracies” reported The Times. Continue Reading

Bridget Garrity recently saw a sign at Baltimore-Washington International Airport that made her turn off her cell phone a little faster.

“It said it’s against the law to take a photo or video of TSA doing their job,” she says.

Garrity wanted to take a snapshot of the sign and send it to me, but she was afraid she might be breaking the law by doing that, too. And she knows a thing or two about rules; she’s a lawyer.

TSA is pretty clear about what is — and isn’t — allowed at checkpoints. You can take pictures as long as it doesn’t interfere with the screening process.

So what about those warnings? I asked the agency, and was told the signs weren’t TSA’s. So I checked with the airport. Continue Reading

Cannot take democracy to Libya without safeguarding democracy at home

Monday, in a 248 to 163 vote, the US House of Representatives turned on President Obama by invoking the War Powers Resolution to prohibit funding U.S. military operations in Libya. The House adopted an amendment to a military appropriations bill to end what some Congressional leaders have called Obama’s dictatorship and behaving like a king.

Congressional leaders have expressed dissatisfaction at U.S. President Barack Obama’s decision to begin and to continue a war on Libya without congressional authorization, a serious violation.

According to U.S. law, the president must seek congressional authorisation to send US troops into combat. He failed to do that and is, therefore, in violation of the War Powers Act and the U.S. Constitution. (See embedded Press TV Youtube video on page left.)
Under U.S. law, the resident must also withdraw forces within 60 days if Congress did not authorize the military action.
Al Jazeera reported Tuesday that the military appropriations amendment, introduced by Democratic representative Brad Sherman (D – CA) invokes the War Powers Resolution, the 1973 law limiting presidential powers on sending troops into combat zones abroad without Congressional consent.  Continue Reading

Many people around the world might have credulously or perhaps naively fallen in the trap of believing the tempting claims of the U.S. statesmen and politicians who say that their country is a “beacon of freedom” and a “pioneer of democracy.”

It’s a bitter reality that many of us have been defeated and overwhelmed by the propaganda of the U.S. mainstream media who incessantly attempt to make their audiences believe that democracy and freedom are originally American values and cannot be found anywhere else in the world, that all of the world nations need the United States to achieve these values and that the United States must resort to every instrument to export these home-made values to the rest of the world, including frequent military expeditions. Dear Troops:

Yesterday – Memorial Day – some people asserted, once again, that you are “defending our freedoms” overseas.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Those people are just repeating tired old mantras. The reality is that you are not defending our freedoms with your actions overseas. In fact, it is the exact opposite. Your actions overseas are placing our freedoms here at home in ever-greater jeopardy.

Consider your occupation of Iraq, a country that, as you know, never attacked the United States, making it the defender in the war and the United States the aggressor. Think about that: Every single person that the troops have killed, maimed, or tortured in Iraq had absolutely nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks. Continue Reading
