01- A PRISONER FOR LIFE
Almost two weeks ago; 5 month old Sammy Nikolayev was showing flu symptoms when his parents took him to Sutter memorial hospital in Sacramento, California.  Once there however, the boy’s parents Anna and Alex took issue with several procedures being done to the boy, such as giving him antibiotics when none were called for.  After disagreements with the hospital staff, the young parents removed their child from the hospital without proper discharge procedure, and sought a second medical opinion atKaiser Permanente Hospital, where a doctor examined Sammy; and content the child was healthy and well cared for, released him to go home.

 Back at their home the Nikolayev’s were astonished to see California Child Protective Services roll up with a mighty police escort.  The police assaulted Alex Nikolayev in the yard in order to get his house keys which they used to enter the home without benefit of warrant and tore the now terrified young Sammy away from his loving mother’s arms…and into state custody.  Just like that!  And as of now Sammy is still in the slammer where his parents can visit for just one hour a day…no cameras allowed.

That is right, Sacramento California!  Right here in the good old USA!  Jack booted storm troopers swoop right in under color of authority giving the father a complimentary beat-down while stripping the innocent infant from mother’s arms.  It seems that Sutter hospital didn’t like being blown off by American citizens, so it called Child Protective Service, accusing the Nikolayev’s of child abuse and neglect.  The incident has turned into a nightmare for the family as seemingly every part of the state bureaucracy wants to have a say in the matter while none of them are willing to admit wrongdoing and return the stolen child. Residents In All 50 States File Secession Petitions: Will Obama Respond With NDAA?

(Nov 14) What began as a small group of citizens voicing their disappointment with President Obama’s victory in last week’s presidential election has turned into secession petitions from all 50 states by citizens requesting that the administration “peacefully grant” them the opportunity to form their own sovereign government. Currently, six secession petitions have reached that threshold of 25,000 signatures – from Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia and Texas. (Source)

But remember, the right to withdraw from the union requires the same process most states followed to enter into this voluntary contract, state-based secession conventions. Judge says it’s OK to use your seized phone to impersonate you and entrap your friends

A federal judge has upheld the practice of police using seized phones to impersonate their owners, reading messages and sending sending entrapping replies to contacts in the phone’s memory, without a warrant. The judge reasoned that constitutional privacy rights don’t apply to messages if they appear on a seized device — even if the messages originated with someone who has not been arrested or is under suspicion of any crime:

A federal appeals court held that the pager owner’s Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure were not violated because the pager is “nothing more than a contemporary receptacle for telephone numbers,” akin to an address book. The court also held that someone who sends his phone number to a pager has no reasonable expectation of privacy because he can’t be sure that the pager will be in the hands of its owner.

Judge Penoyar said that the same reasoning applies to text messages sent to an iPhone. While text messages may be legally protected in transit, he argued that they lose privacy protections once they have been delivered to a target device in the hands of the police. He claimed that the same rule applied to letters and e-mail. (Police would still need to seize or search a phone or computer legally, and phones are much easier for cops to seize than computers, which generally require a warrant.) Continue Reading

You are willing to carry out a dawn raid and risk putting a couple slugs in that person, just because you accept the ‘intelligence’ of your superior officers. It’s just a job ~ you’ve SOLD OUT!

 

You sell, promote and distribute toxic lethal drugs and vaccines under the guise of health care, without first doing sufficient levels of research into what these drugs actually contain. But hey it pays the mortgage ~ you’ve SOLD OUT!

 

 

Your career is all about distributing threats to people because they are struggling to survive in this unfair and cruel system and you don’t bother to stop and think about what you are doing. After all why would you when you can easily pay your bills ~ you’ve SOLD OUT!

 

 

You work your way up through the educational system, abiding by the ridiculous standards of tutoring, working within the confounds of the seriously watered-down knowledge being disguised as education, yet you never question. Because it pays the bills ~ you’ve SOLD OUT!

 

 

Your alarm clock goes, you’ve got to go into the office and receive orders to visit a house to go and fleece people as a bailiff. People who have been struggling to pay their ‘unlawful’ council tax or debts. You know in your heart this is not right; stealing people’s possessions, even their families heritage. Yea a dirty job; but you know someone’s gotta do it ~ you’veSOLD OUT!

 

 

You finally got your steady job, working at the airport; strip searching people, scanning people, inspecting their personal items and ensuring they conform like good little sheep going through their pens. You don’t feel entirely comfortable with what you’re doing, you know something’s not right about this role. But it is a steady job and it beats being out of work ~ you’ve SOLD OUT!

 

 

You carry out the most insane, cruel experiments on defenseless animals, to ensure corporations will make more profits, and further their eugenics, JWO agenda, all for a comfortable lifestyle ~ you’ve SOLD OUT!

 

 

As a local MP you have people writing to you all the time with their serious cases of injustice carried out by the exact same people whom you work for, but you carry on all the same working within this corrupt construct, coz it pays the bills ~ you’ve SOLD OUT!

Global Backlash Against War Criminals Bush and Cheney

Everyone in the world seems to recognize the obvious crimes perpetrated by the Bush/Cheney regime. Their overwhelming negative status in the world has now confined them to personal prisons where they can no longer travel abroad for public events. It appears they’re only welcome in heavily-secured private dragon lairs for the rest of their waking years. But even those locations are shrinking for these torturers and mass murderers.

Cheney, scheduled to speak in Toronto with his daughter next month, had to cancel the speaking appearance due to “security concerns stemming from their experiences in Vancouver in September 2011,” according to a press release about the event.

The September event referred to in the press release was hardly a public event at all.  It cost $500 a ticket to attend and took place at the Vancouver Club which the Canadian Press called ”one of Vancouver’s most exclusive clubs.” Still, the public caught wind of the event and staged a rambunctious protest calling for Cheney’s arrest. The angry crowd caused Cheney to be locked in the club for seven hours longer than he was scheduled.

In February of last year, George W. Bush had to cancel a speaking engagement in Switzerland because human rights groups put pressure on the Swiss government to arrest him over torture allegations if he enters the country.  Even though officials claimed Bush had diplomatic immunity because he was a former head of state, they recognized that torture is a legitimate crime under international law.  Organizers of the event felt the “atmosphere had become too threatening” and the gala went on without Bush. America No Longer the Land of the Free

The United States is no longer the shining light leading the rest of the world in regards to freedom and liberty. The President signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) under the radar late on New Years Eve of 2011.  The new law  takes away American basic constitutional rights.
The new law now in effect robs all Americans of our dueprocess of law which nullifies many principles and rights afforded all Americans in our Constitution and Bill of rights guaranteed by our founding Fathers. These rights were given to us by our founding fathers and many Americans have given there lives to protect these basic and fundamental rights. President Obama has just stated a policy that he can have any American citizen killed without any charge, without any review, except his own. If he’s satisfied that you are a terrorist, he says that he can kill you anywhere in the world including on American soil anywhere in the United States.

Americans can be arrested and taken to jail without the right of a phone call, right to a lawyer, and without being charged with any crime of any kind.

With this new law in place law enforcement can break down your door at your home without warrant and take you and any member of your family into custody. Wisk you off to jail without any charge.  Imprison you in a foreign country and keep you locked up forever. Totally without any due process what so ever. The US government by this law is granted the powers to not only indefinitely detain and torture American citizens without charge, essentially creating Guantanamo Prison-style detention possibilities for anyone deemed a threat by American authorities. This can now be done by the U.S. military violating the U.S. constitution and Posse Comitatus Act.
This new law explicitly creates a police state in America  The NDAA, passed by the senate by a vote of 93 to 7, virtually stated that all of the United States may be considered a battlefield, and therefore the American military is permitted to indefinitely detain any American perceived to be a threat. New Bill Known As Enemy Expatriation Act Would Allow Government To Strip Citizenship Without Conviction

First, Congress considered the National Defense Authorization Act, sections of which gave the President the authority to use the military to arrest and indefinitely detain Americans without trial or charge. The language was revised because of strong condemnation from the American people. But now a new bill has emerged that poses yet another threat to the American citizenry.

Congress is considering HR 3166 and S. 1698 also known as the Enemy Expatriation Act, sponsored by Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Charles Dent (R-PA). This bill would give the US government the power to strip Americans of their citizenship without being convicted of being “hostile” against the United States. In other words, you can be stripped of your nationality for “engaging in, or purposefully and materially supporting, hostilities against the United States.” Legally, the term “hostilities” means any conflict subject to the laws of war but considering the fact that the War on Terror is a little ambiguous and encompassing, any action could be labeled as supporting terrorism. Ugly Israeli Realities Emerge

On December 16, Haaretz writer Barak Ravid headlined, “Secret EU paper aims to tackle Israel’s treatment of Arab minority,” saying: Haaretz obtained parts of “a classified working paper produced by European embassies in Israel….”

The “unprecedented document” addresses internal Israeli issues. It was written without Israel’s knowledge. It also covers Israeli peace process intransigency, its self-characterization as a Jewish, democratic state, and how it treats its Arab population.

Removed from its final version were suggestions for EU action measures, including: filing official protests each time discriminatory Arab bills pass second Knesset readings; and ensuring all Arab towns have completed urban plans, “with each member state potentially ‘adopting’ a municipality to this end.”

Developed over the past year, it was written for EU foreign ministers to debate, advise, consent, or object.  After failed efforts to achieve consensus, it was softened and designated a “food for thought” document, not a report. Among other concerns, repressive occupation and failure to advance peace talks equitably leave Israeli Arabs especially marginalized and at risk. According to the document: ”The stalemate in the peace process, and the continuing occupation, inevitably has an impact on the identification of Israeli Arabs with Israel. It will be more difficult for (them) to be wholly at ease with their identity while the conflict with the Palestinians continues.”  Continue Reading

At approximately 1:20 a.m ET Tuesday morning, Police allegedly attacked protesting U.S. military veterans and arrested 50 others with Occupy Boston.

The Boston Globe reports that arrested protesters were “put on [their] stomach, cable-tied, and dragged off …”

The AP reports the police were sent in to protect $150,000 worth of newly-planted shrubs at the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway, site of a large Occupy Boston contingent. As news of the arrests spread across Twitter early Tuesday, several videos emerged that support the claim thatmembers of  Veterans for Peace were attacked by the police.
