Rick Perry’s presidential campaign imploding in wake

(NaturalNews) Many media pundits have been working overtime to defend Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s detestable 2007 executive order mandating the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine Gardasil for all young girls in the Lone Star State. Far from saving his campaign, however, such desperate efforts to spin one of the most disturbing political scandals in recent history will more than likely quicken the complete debacle of Mr. Perry’s presidential campaign.

After Mr. Perry exposed himself as a blatant liar during last week’s gubernatorial debate in Orlando, Fla., claiming that a woman he met after issuing his executive order was partially responsible for spurring his decision to issue it, many in the media downplayed his answer as a “misstatement.” They then proceeded to provide excess media coverage of his sappy “err on the side of life” rhetorical spiel, which ultimately failed to vindicate the decision as was intended.

The media then decided to go on the offensive against Rep. Michelle Bachmann, the candidate at the debate who brought up the issue of Gardasil in the first place, and who spoke the truth about the vaccine’s link to causing brain problems. Some pundits went so far as to claim that Bachmann’s statements about Gardasil’s dangers were “shameful” and “dangerous.”

But what is truly shameful and dangerous is the media’s unscrupulous handling of the whole situation, as it continually denies the very real dangers associated with a vaccine that is being heavily pushed on the nation’s youth, and coddles a supposed presidential “frontrunner” who tried to force preteen girls in Texas to be jabbed with it. Economic meltdown comes in stages. Recognition takes longer. Tout TV pundits stay in denial longest, calling crisis conditions a normal correction.

Reality suggests otherwise with US unemployment approaching 23%, home foreclosures multiplying, and poverty levels double or more official distorted numbers that artificially hold them down.

Longtime market expert and regular Progressive Radio News Hour guest Bob Chapman says Eurozone countries are collapsing.

They’re “in a state of contagion with six of its sovereign members in serious financial trouble….The creators of the EU, euro zone, and ECB have a failing monstrosity on their hands,” an out-of-control debt bomb.

“There is absolutely no way a financial crisis can be avoided,” and it’s already been unfolding since 2008. No combination of countries can bail out others in crisis “without destroying themselves. Can 21 nations find $4 to $6 trillion to bail out six?”

It is the stuff of science fiction: a drone flies hundreds of feet overhead, rapidly snapping images and collating them into a 3D model of your face, verifying your identity, recording your social interactions and even creating threat assessments of yourself and those you associate with.

Unfortunately, this is not science fiction. This is real technology being developed as you read this under several military contracts, all paid for by the American taxpayer adding on to the black holeof debt which continues to grow unabated thanks to unnecessary spending like this.

What is worse is that like most military technology, we can expect this new paradigm of war to bleed into domestic police activities and so-called homeland security operations.

The major issue brought up here, aside from the glaring privacy concerns, is that this technology can and will be used to treat suspects as guilty before proven innocent.

If you are not a fan of the government, or prefer to not have your privacy violated, you can bet technology like the Department of Homeland Security’s Future Attribute Screening Technology (FAST) will set off some alarms.

Then, based on your alleged malicious intent, you will be treated as if they have any evidence that you pose a threat. How exactly they will treat this evidence is anyone’s guess but if the past is any indicator, it won’t be pretty. Continue Reading

Eurozone crisis: It makes you really quite tired of being told you can’t do things because ‘the markets’ won’t like it, even though the markets only like things that make them rich

It’s quite hard, when you’re lying in the dentist’s chair, with a funny mould thing in your mouth, to shriek. It’s quite hard, in fact, to make any kind of noise when your jaws are stuck in what feels like cold clay. But on Monday, to my dentist’s surprise, I did. I shrieked not because the mould was cold, or because being told not to move always makes me want to. I shrieked because a man on the TV monitor above me was saying things you couldn’t possibly hear and keep your mouth shut.

The man, who was wearing a pink tie, was an “independent trader”. He was being asked about the latest eurozone rescue plan. “It’s not going to work,” he said, “because this problem can’t be solved”. The euro, he said, was “going to crash”. But when the interviewer asked what he thought might work, he looked confused. “I’m a trader,” he said. “We don’t care whether they’re going to fix the economy. Our job is to make money from it.” And then he offered us all some advice: “The 1930s depression wasn’t just about a market crash,” he said. “There were some people who were prepared to make money from that crash. I think anyone can do that. It is,” he said, “an opportunity!”. His advice was simple: “be prepared”. This was “not a time” to think that governments would sort things out. “Governments,” he said, “don’t rule the world. Goldman Sachs rules the world.”

Certainly, as the euro crisis unfolds on our TVs, it’s beginning to look as though it’s not absolutely clear that governments do rule the world, or at least that they’re all that sure what they’re doing. Here’s Obama, telling Europe that it needs to find a “more effective strategy” for dealing with the crisis. Here’s David Cameron calling for “leadership”. Here are pretty much all the world leaders, in fact, calling for other people to lead. As models of leadership go, it’s less “be prepared”, and more “after you”. Continue Reading

12 Months of Prepping, One Month at a Time

Once the prepping bug hits, it is easy to want to go for it.  You know what I mean:  Let’s do it and let’s do it all Right Now!

There are some problems with this.  First there are time constraints, and second there are money and budget issues.  But the biggest problem and undoubtedly the one that is overlooked in the initial flurry of readiness preparations, is that without reasonable care and thought given to the process, the tasks and the actual products involved, you can make some costly mistakes.  I say this from experience.  In my haste to get “stocked up” I bought gear that I don’t like and will never use.  I purchased foodstuffs I will never eat.  Stupid stupid stupid of me.  I should have taken my time, done my research, and made a well thought out and educated decision before I even got started.

Today I would like to help you break down the overwhelming task of emergency preparation by providing you with a month-by-month calendar of things to do, tasks to complete and items to purchase.  For the newbies, this gives you a manageable number of things to do in a short period of time.  Instead of looking at a task list 10 pages long, you have a short list that is eminently doable in 30 days or less.

And for the more experienced prepper?  You can start with month #1, look at the activities and tasks involved and fill in any gaps you may have in your own preparation.  In some cases you may see a need to update or rotate what you have on hand and in others, you may find the need to practice a particular skill.

I love lists.  So bear with me as I present a readiness calendar to guide your through twelve months of prepping.  Hopefully you will find that one month’s work is not too costly, not too time-consuming and not too difficult.  The most difficult part as I see it will be getting off your bum and starting.  So let’s do it! Virgin Mobile and Verizon retain content of text messages

The cell phone service providers Virgin Mobile and Verizon retain the content of text messages, according to a Justice Department memo obtained by the America Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of North Carolina.

Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile all retain information relating to text messages, such as who the text messages were sent to and when, but only Verizon and Virgin Mobile retain the actual content of the text messages. Virgin Mobile keeps text message content for 90 days and Verizon keeps it for 3 to 5 days.

The Justice Department document, “Retention Periods of Major Cellular Providers,” was published in 2010 as a guide for law enforcement agents seeking to obtain cell phone records.

The document also reveals that Verizon, Sprint and Nextel retain IP session and destination information, potentially allowing law enforcement to ascertain what sites someone has visited on their cell phone.

Information that could be used to determine the movement of a cell phones is also retained by the cell phone service providers. Cell phones continuously transmit data to cell-sites scattered across the nation and cell phone service providers keep records of the this geolocational data, essentially recording the physical movement of anyone carrying a cell phone.

FBI Thwarts Own R/C Bomb

The United States’ Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) claims to have thwarted their own “drone” bomb, in yet another farcical case of entrapment and fear mongering aimed not at ending the “War on Terror” but perpetuating the mythological, unending conflict. FBI agents apparently strung along another subpar malcontent by providing him with materials, including a model airplane, real C4 explosives, and small arms. Rezwan Ferdaus, 26, was approached by undercover FBI agents and tasked first with building remote detonation devices he was told would be used in Iraq against US troops. FBI agents went as far as falsely telling Ferdaus that one of his devices had killed 3 US troops. The grand finale was assisting Ferdaus in a spectacular, Hollywood-style attack we are told by FBI agents, would have involve simultaneous assaults on both the US Capitol and the Pentagon involving drone bombs and multiple gunmen.

According to an AFP report, FBI special agent Richard DesLauriers claimed the sting operation proved ”a committed individual, even one with no direct connections to, or formal training from, an international terrorist organisation, can pose a serious danger to the community.” DesLauriers fails to explain where, if not from the FBI or other federal agencies, Ferdaus could have acquired C4 explosives for his alleged plot. Additionally, DesLauriers fails to explain how Ferdaus can be considered acting as an “individual” with no “direct connections” to an international terrorist organization, when FBI agents were posing as just that, supplying him with motivation, supplies, explosives, logistics, and weapons. Sometimes I meditate about sitting on the Moon watching events unfold on Earth.  It seems to help me keep observational perspective on the big picture instead of getting caught up in the emotions of daily news.  I imagine when I’m on the moon that there must be a great deal more beings from around the galaxy also watching the show on our planet.  After all, it’s the greatest show in the universe!

It’s the final episode for this season of the human experiment, and the drama is unfolding at a breathtaking pace.  This cycle of human history has reached a tipping point that will determine the struggle between human freedom or perpetual slavery, whether our environmental habitat will survive, whether our genome will survive high-tech mutations, and whether peace and love will prevail over hatred and war.  Indeed, it’s an exciting time to be observing this planet and a fantastically transformative era to experience.

The controllers of the material world continue pillaging humanity, whose awareness of their victimization begins to grow.  This is causing the control grid to tighten even more drastically on dissent. The environment, ravaged by a predatory economy, is teetering on the point of an extinction level crisis.  Farmers grow genetically altered food and scientists are mutating human DNA to create hybrids, each polluting the natural design.  Fear, division, hatred, and war are becoming harder to sell to a public who are fast developing a case of lover’s remorse. The first step in destroying an entrenched enemy is to cut them off from the rest of the world. The globalists of NATO, the US, UK, France, Qatar, and others, have illustrated this principle in Libya on several levels. First they cut off the nation of Libya from the outside world, putting arms and trade embargoes on the Libyan government, blockading their shores, and seizing control of their airspace.

As Benghazi’s Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) terror brigadesswept across the country under NATO cover, raping, murdering, and brutalizing all in their path, the globalists began organizing the surrounding and cutting off of individual Libyan cities, allowing (and assisting) rebels in cutting off food, medical supplies, cooking gas, electricity, and unimaginably even water, literally to starve the populations into submission. While the people of Libya have shown immense resolve against this strategy, it is only because of the incompetence of NATO and the lack of fortitude, character, or any desirable human quality amongst the rebels that this process of isolating and besieging the Libyan people has failed.

The absolute mockery the UN sanctioned NATO military intervention in Libya is making out of the contrived notion of “Responsibility to Protect (R2P)” is evident as civilians escaping from the Libyan city of Sirte accuse NATO of genocide, of bombing schools, hospitals, and homes and mass murdering innocent people. Additionally, under the cover of NATO, entire Libyan cities have been exterminated, with the population being rounded up, murdered or exiled and their property stolen. One such example, Tawarga, reported on by the Telegraph in their article, “Gaddafi’s ghost town after the loyalists retreat,” involved a town of 10,000 people whom the rebels said would never be allowed to return to their homes. Germany slams “stupid” US plans to boost EU rescue fund

Germany and America were on a collision course on Tuesday night over the handling of Europe’s debt crisis after Berlin savaged plans to boost the EU rescue fund as a “stupid idea” and told the White House to sort out its own mess before giving gratuitous advice to others.

German finance minister Wolfgang Schauble said it would be a folly to boost the EU’s bail-out machinery (EFSF) beyond its €440bn lending limit by deploying leverage to up to €2 trillion, perhaps by raising funds from the European Central Bank.

“I don’t understand how anyone in the European Commission can have such a stupid idea. The result would be to endanger the AAA sovereign debt ratings of other member states. It makes no sense,” he said.

Mr Schauble told Washington to mind its own businesss after President Barack Obama rebuked EU leaders for failing to recapitalise banks and allowing the debt crisis to escalate to the point where it is “scaring the world”.

“It’s always much easier to give advice to others than to decide for yourself. I am well prepared to give advice to the US government,” he said.

The comments risk irritating the White House. US Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner has been a key driver of plans to give the EFSF enough firepower to shore up Italy and Spain, fearing a drift into “cascading default, bank runs and catastrophic risk” without dramatic action.

The danger for Germany is that America will lose patience, with unpredictable consequences. The US Federal Reserve is currently propping up the European banking system in a variety of ways, including dollar swaps.

Markets across the world ignored the mixed signals about the true scope of EU rescue measures, convinced that EU leaders have a “grand plan” up their sleeves and will unveil the details after the Bundestag has voted on Thursday on the earlier July deal to revamp the fund.

France’s CAC-40 surged by 5.7pc, led by a 17pc rise for Societe Generale. Germany’s Dax was up 5.3pc. The FTSE 100 jumped 4pc in London, the biggest one-day rise this year. Oil jumped almost $4 in New York to $88 a barrel. Continue Reading

When life hands you a lemon tree . . . the USDA takes it away! And don’t even think of making lemonade with any more trees – they’ll take those too.

A special HFA interview with Bridget Donovan, aka “The Lemon Tree Lady,” USDA’s Most Wanted. Or rather, her little beloved lemon tree was. Last week, we reported the story of the USDA demanding her tree three years after a quarantine, but the real USDA mode of operation is in the details below — we can’t make this stuff up!

Did you know she was facing fines up to $60,000 and a federal raid if she did not comply? (Remember the USDA’s $4 million dollar bunnies?) They invaded her privacy, tracked her down through her purchases, and sternly warned they would get that tree one way or another. It appears she is on a “citrus watch list.”

The Drug Dealers that have ADDICTED the government have been supplied by the for-profit multi-national corporate pirates that work for and with the Elites and the New World Order. The goal is simple: “Hook the government on massive criminality” while creating intolerably strict rules for anyone who is not part of their plans so that there can never be any reaction from the general public because everyone is now under threat of SUSPICION of being charged with a crime, any crime no matter how small, for any behavior not already approved of by any of the agencies of the government that have become very busy of late stealing and fining and prosecuting the citizens for virtually any and all actions that were once just part of ordinary life.

Time For A Reality Check

I am going to say this because no one else seems willing to. These are the facts. This is what is happening as we speak. The time to prepare for it in a meaningful way is past.

Money. The world cannot borrow it’s way out of debt. The money that should have been spent during better economic times was not, and there is no more. The world has entered a monetary depression which will result in total chaos, war, misery and horror. There is no longer a way out.

The stock market is now UP on the HOPE that someone, somewhere can fix the mess in Europe. They HOPE that because they are anxious to believe that the fools which created all these problems have a magic bullet. They don’t.

Equity markets have been spinning up and down for weeks. Precious metal markets are erratic. Last Friday, September 23, 2011, the markets came within a hair’s breadth of going to the bottom and staying there. They didn’t because someone cooked the books in after hours trading. There ARE no ‘fundamentals’ anymore. Historical trends are meaningless. The world has never been in this place before and it cannot save itself.

The NEXT time the markets go, and it could easily be this week – but it will certainly be this year – they will not rebound. Gold and silver will not go up. They will go to levels last seen about eleven years ago. Everyone who has money in the market will lose it.

Sovereign governments no longer control countries. Bankers control countries. They also own the stock exchanges and can manipulate them by high-speed computerized trading. Politicians and bankers are not your friends. They do not care about you. That’s why you have no home or job. But it gets worse.
